Showed up at 10 to 5
Started with dynamic warm-ups.
AT Band 1x12 (each side)
Hip Circles
Hip Swing
Neck Rolls
Walking Knee Ups 1x12 (each side)
Squats
(warmup to)
6x4 @ 365
Leg extensions and Leg Curls 3x10
Missed out on Leg Presses today. Had to get my ass to work. I'm not a huge fan of morning workouts because not only do I hate waking up earlier than I have to , but I'm weaker due to the fact that I take a long time to wake up and I'm usually training on an empty stomach.
But if I don't do it in the morning while on day shift , I just wont get it done.
