I should have mentioned the purpose of my post but supermad got the idea. I was just looking for feedback or suggestions.

How long did you lay off working out? I think I will be able to do some light squats and bench press in a week. No deadlifts, rows and obviously no ab work for quite a while.
I was not planning on seeing a doctor unless I do not see improvements over next week or if I see bruising or bulging. If I do see a doctor, I want one that is not old school that tells me I am too old and should quit exercising for 6 months.
