Default Eating Egg Yolks

I have been eating my egg whites for a long time now and basically avoided the yolks all together as I wanted to avoid the fat. But during a recent trip I brought along Arnold's Body Building Encyclopedia and he says that you miss out on alot of the benefits of the eggs by skipping the yolk. This includes vitamins, healthy fats, and half the protein that is in the egg.

So do you guys eat the yolks or just whites? Besides adjusting your diet to calculate the extra calories, it seems to make sense to eat them whole. I think I am going to make the switch to whole eggs unless anyone can convince me otherwise :P
