can i mix calesthinics with my lifting ?
right now i lift about 3 times a week, working every muscle once a week. i want to start doing some extra calisthenics (basically just push ups and pull ups), but i'm wondering how it will effect my workout. i've done an extra push up workout before, but i would time it not to interfere with my chest workout (i would do chest on mondays, and do the push up workout on thursdays). any advice on calisthenics and mixing it with your regular workout, and what effect it will have on your results?
