Practice
Finally managed to get a few full ROM reps with my left leg.
Pull-ups:
BW x 5 reps x 5 sets
Dragonfly Sit-ups:
BW x 10 reps x 3 sets Videos:
Paul's 300 lbs Bench Press, Marcus's 75 lbs Overhead Squats & Me doing Pistol Squats:
