Why do you do so much warm up and acclimation? Your really just burning yourself out. And why do both flat and incline on the same day? Doing incline isnt doing anything for you after your chest is exhausted from the flat bench. See for yourself and do incline before flat. Im sure you will be able to do more weight on incline and less on flat.
