ME Squat Day (DELOAD)

Tested my sumo (Hoppers hybrid Pulls) today.Managed to get 405 this time.Thats cool.Did 1 set of Bulgarian split squats after and 1 set of reverse crunches.

ME Squat Day 17/3/09
Sumo Deadlift 1x1 160kg 175kg (PR) 1xM 180kg
Bulg Split Squat 1x6 20kg
Rev Crunch 1x10 BW+10kg

I couldve done way more on the Bulgarians, they were feeling great, lots of glutes in there.But its a deload week so I restrained.
