Looks like the Dave Pulumbo diet. Almost exactly the same thing he recommends I think.
I would certainly add in asparagus, broccoli, ect. You're losing a lot of nutrients that whole veggies provide. Supplemental fiber would be a must as well although I'd go with something other than Metamucil since they love adding a lot of sugar for flavoring.. Counterproductive if you're going the Pulumbo route. I personally use Fiber One.
