yeah its a weight gainer. dam... i never thought about the sugar content. next time i go shopping 4 supps ima try and makes some changes. and ima make some alterations to my diet also
i wud like to sustitute the shake that i take mid day for a solid meal. i feel that i cud be putting on much more mass if i cud level out my nutritional plan. thanx guys for yur help ill keep u guys posted.
