Recently started doing my own little programme that consists of the following:
D/B Curls
Tri PushDowns
French D/B Press
Butterfly Curls
Incline D/B Press
Lateral Raise
Lateral Pull
Underhand Lat Pull
Bent Over D/B Row
Standing D/B Leans
Leg Curls
I have attatched pictures, one of the equipment i'm using and one of myself. Please have a look and advise on what i could and maybe should be doing to get the results i'm after.
