Hi and thanks for the replies,

I do all of what i've listed above on alternate days, ie: Monday, Wednesday & Friday.

Diet wise is mostly fish, chicken, past & rice dishes at meal times (6pm) and lunch consists of mainly fresh meat sandwiches (cooked ham etc, etc)

Two things i would like to achieve from this, losing weight and massive muscle growth!!!

At the moment i estimate my weight around the fifteen stone mark, give or take a couple of pounds.

I really do not know what i should be doing to get to where i wanna be and reading through postings for info gets rather confusing with terminologies and the lingo that i'm not really understanding unfortunately.
