Would't it be the other way around ?
According to you your GH levels are higher in the morning than they are at night , so wouldn't you be stronger in the morning.
But like Ross said .... There isn't a proven correlation there
Personally I am stronger after a nice sleep and a good meal (breakfast , Mid morning ). But since I'm a shift worker I have to do it when I can .
