i have been away for quite some time now. i was just trying to get everything figured out ahead of time. as for my training routine, i usually do arms one day chest the next and so on, i start each day with about 40 minutes on the bike for cardio.
for the most part, i focus on my upper body. my legs are pretty good. i know most people will bash me for that, but thats how i like to do it.
