Yeah i know you have heard it before but its really simple.
Burn more calories then you take in. If you can really grasp this and put what your are eating and your working out on paper its simple math.
Cut out the crap food! Give yourself a cheat day. Get a nice beginners workout and do some cardio a few days a week to get going. Don't go crazy at first and overdo it. You will just disappoint yourself. Take it easy in the beginning and keep at it.
Give your self 2 months of real dedication and at the end of those 2 months you will be hearing from others "wow did you lose weight" "you look great" that is all it will take for you to keep going. GOod luck to you!! you can do it man!!!
