Here's what I've always done:
A protein shake: protein powder, flax seed oil, and water. If I remember correctly, a tablespoon of flax seed oil is 100 calories (you'd have to go back and check, but I think that's right). Doesn't taste that great, especially after drinking them daily. But it's a quick way to get lots of high quality fat that's very easy to measure in terms of calories.
