What I do take is the Meta-batic vitamins. They are basically vitamins on steriods!
They are vitamins for diabetic people, actually they are vitamins doctors perscribe to cancer patients!
Wickid hi doses of a lot of good stuff.
You can get them in Wal-mart in the diabetic section.
