Ross, thanks for the input.

TALO: "Just wondering why u choose to do chest and biceps together?" I started out doing chest and triceps together but found that after benching, my triceps were halfway-shot and they were no good for a quality workout. I currently do chest/biceps legs/triceps and shoulders/back on M/TH/ST and for my physiology it seems to be a good balance of recovering enough to be able to hit everything at the high intensity required to build muscle. I think I'll switch it up though, just to keep shocking the body and to avoid a psychological rut... the big thing I need to work on though is my diet, and maybe cut-out getting plastered at the bar twice a week... this is probably more appropriate for the nutrition forum, but I was also wondering (apart from pure caloric considerations) what kind of an impact does getting completly shit-faced a couple times a week have on muscle recovery? I'm assuming it's detrimental, but don't know to what degree.

Justin.
