If you're gonna do Deficit Deads you could do:
Week 1 = 4 sets of 3 reps
Week 2 = 5 sets of 2 reps
Week 3 = 4 sets of 3 reps
Week 4 = 5 sets of 2 reps
That's what I'm used to doing
