ME Bench Day

Triples again today, did my warmup sets off pins to see if I could generate a bit of bar speed to start with.Meh kinda threw me out the groove a bit so lesson learnt! Managed 2 sets of 3 with 87.5kg which was ok as my PR is 90x3 and it was the longest grinder in history! Did a shit tonne of work after, pretty sore today but that always happens after a deload.
