Shitty workout yesterday.
ME Bench
Shirted up to a 1RM of 405 - The shirt was a big one , so it didn't give me much suport. No one in the gym so I had to use this one in order to put in on myself.
Incline Press 2x15 @ 135 ( front delt work )
Side Raises
Tricep pushdowns
