Hi, I'd like to introduce myself. My name is Kurt from NJ. I have been weight training for about a year and a half now. I had to take some time off due to a partial tear in my right rotator cuff but now I'm back 100% and it feels great. I hope to learn alot from you folks here it seems like a great forum.
