Exclamation With All Seriousness...

I'm 18. About 5'4 and 130-135lbs. Here's what I want: all the information I need to add strength and get RIPPED. I want information from EXACTLY what to eat, what to lift (body parts and exercises) and when to do it all, meaning when to eat and how much to eat and when to workout and what to work. I'm not looking to get huge like a bodybuilder but the word I typically use is "compact". I want the 6-8 pack, cut biceps/triceps, built shoulders, chiseled chest, and rock hard legs. I need someone/some people in my ear telling me what is takes because for a couple of years I've been screwing around and its time to get serious. If you can proved accurate info on this please do, its greatly appreciated.

Workouts:
Mon - Chest/Back
Tues - Bi/Tri
Thur - Shoulder/Legs
Fri - Bi/Tri
