ME Squat Day

Got my suit today, fucker wont get past my big ass and thighs so I couldnt wear it.I could prolly get in it with help from a couple real strong motherfuckers but no dice.Will send it back for a slightly larger fit.I would rather get in the thing and have it a tad looser than comp fit than need 5 300lb+ guys to get me in it LOL, same as the bench shirt, I tried for like an hour to get in it with my family helping me but could not get it seated into my armpits.Oh well will just go one size bigger.Anyways hit some heavy ass squat doubles today, pretty good, used knee wraps for the 1st time, really helped me to be "aware" of the knees and shove them out hard.Hit 150kg for a double.Finished with heavy reverse crunches and my supp work.Good day.

Godd stuff, las set of squats was a bit ugly, didnt sit back into it and had to lean forward last minute esp the 1st rep.Overall happy cos the weight was heavy but not like I expected.

Ross you will be happy to know the shirt has already cut and bruised my bis too!!
