Extra Workout
Beginning Thoughts:
I went in and worked out yesterday. I got my stuff packed and into storage. I am right now in Houston flying out to Bombay tomorrow. Summer is here. Workout:
Pistols:
Left Leg = 1 + 2 + 2 + 2 + 2 + 2 + 1 + 2 + 1 = 15 reps
Right Leg = 1 + 2 + 2 + 2 + 2 + 2 + 1 + 2 + 1 = 15 reps
Form has improved considerably.
Pull-ups:
BW + 20 lbs x 3 reps x 10 sets
BW x 8 reps + 7 reps + 5 reps
Total Reps = 50
Supine Glute Ham Raises:
