I first started doing that because of the myth about the yolk and how badly it affects ur cholestrol levels. Well, then after years I fig out that that isnt the case, but hell, its hard to change habits. I have always preferred yolks over the white, just because of the taste
I guess I am going to start doing the opposite from now on SDF.
