Whey Protein or Muscle Milk? I am wanting to lose some fat but gain muscle too
I am 22, 6'1", 182 lbs. I have about 10% body fat which is a little to much for me.
Should I get muscle milk or whey protein? I am taking Animal M-Stak and Pump already. I have tried Whey Protein before but saw no gains at all.
