Default Mostly meat diet

i just started lifting and im 6'2 260lbs. i just want to lose weight and gain muscle. im in school and i work so im never home to make meals. i want to know if i bake like 2lbs of skinless chicken breast a day to get 200 grams of protein what else should i eat. and is this a good idea?
