Well be starting next cycle on tuesday 7/5/05
4 weeks SD, 4ad transdermal, 1ad transdermal Rebound XT for PCT
Week 1-2 SD 30mg ED 1ad and 4ad 3 squirts 2X ED
Week 3-4 SD 20mg ED 1ad and 4ad 5 squirts 2X ED
I will weigh on Tuesday and go from their but I'll probably be nice and fattended up from the 4th long weekend
For my calories I am going to keep it real clean while staying approx 500cl above Maintenance. As with all cycles the progam is subject to change as I see fit. I'm just using this as a warm up the a much more serious cycle I will be staring in September.
