A lot of meat would only be good for cutting, if your goal is to build muscle you'll need to supply your body with the proper building blocks which are all three macro nutrients.

As far as building muscle & burning fat, it's difficult, but possible. Building muscle you have to have a surplus in your calories, it puts your body at an anabolic state, cutting fat requires you to burn more calories than you consume which would put your body at a catabolic state. It's difficult to gain muscle in the deficit due to you're taking a lot of the building blocks away.

If you do burn fat while building muscle, it's a much slower progress.

I like to add veggies, complex carbs (usually brown rice or oatmeal) and a source of protein to my intake. A typical dinner for me is...

8 oz of grilled chicken
50g of brown rice
spinach
