ME Bench

Warmed up with 45x12 , 95x10 , 135x8 , 185x5 , 225x3 , 285 x 3 , 315x1

Put on Shirt for a max 3 board
365x1
405x1
455x1
485x1 fail
455x1

Incline Press 3x5 @ 225
Tri Push downs 4x12 @ 100
Side Raises 2x12 @ 25
Side Raise "cable" 2x12 @ 20

The shirt was a big to big in the chest ( I was swimming in the chest , but it was tight in the arms/tri's ) Can't remember the name of it.

Will try and stick to the singlet Metal
