Missed my workout yesterday so I did it today.
DE squat
Speed squats worked up to 285 plus green bands 8x2 - speed and form felt great! I put on a double ply with straps down to do this. Sure makes a big difference and helps get the weights up higher.
Pull throughs 4x12
Back extensions 4x12
Standing abs and ball abs.
Lower back was fried after this.
