now i workout for 4days.
day1: bicep,tricep,foreamrs
d2:rest
d3: like d1
d4: rest
d5: like d1+shoulder
d6: chest+back+leg
d7: rest

i have started this recently. pls i want a great routine to get big arms fast and lose my fats.
