FINALLY , I got a workout in !! Work has been crazy 200hrs in 15 days... SOme good O.T , but no training.
Went in today and did some speed squats ...
225 for 8x3. Nice and light. Quick speed and good form.

Back Extensions
Abs
Basically just wanted to get back in. I don't think I've suffered to much , but wont be able to tell until Monday when I try and hit 650lbs.
