neutral pushups: +25, 3 x 12

face pulls: mini band, 3 x 15

one leg planks...alternating legs every 15-20 seconds...2 x 1 min.

shoulder health circuit: both ext. rotations, empty can abductions, scap pushups, overhead shrugs.

felt real solid.
