Curl Right Arm : 23, 6x1x25.5kg
Floor Press Right Arm : 36, 41kg
Floor Press Left Arm : 36, 41kg too hard I'll continue with 40kg
Maybe I'll train the Floor Press Left Arm everyday too. It seems this frequency is the best for strength gains and for a "neural boost".
Deadlift was not too hard but my back is still not totaly recovered... that's the only problem with my routine. Nearly 3 weeks before I lift >180kg. The real fight will start here. The road to 200kg.
