ME bench - Suited worked up to 465 ( Touched , but didn't pressing it all the way)
Toar my shirt so I wont be using that on my day ! Hopefully they will take it back and send me a new one , only bigger.
My bench is my weakest lift by far and now I have to use a different shirt on comp day , so hopefully I can get a few training days in with something before that .
Did a bunch of extras after !
June 30th
Another bench workout. Used Monster Mini's and workout up to 225 x1 ( raw ) these mini's were doubled up so the tension was aprox 100lbs up top.
Did a 3 board 315x5 , 335 x 3 and 345 x1
then some banded face pulls , tri pushdowns and rows.
My training is kind of messed up with days so I'm going to go as hard as I can when i can for the next 2 weeks , then take time off .
