Went back in later Monday night and did my ab work and a few hypers, nothing to write home about just felt bad skipping abs, never skip ab work, never!!

WOD planks are just brutal, I spread out on my toes and hands way out and hold, very hard!!

Actually took the sled out for a while today!!! Did 20mins straight with 20-30kg on pulling back and forwards.Aint dragged in ages!! felt great after, nice n light for some recovery work, went and goofed around at the park later that night, hopefully my work is slowing again and I can resume with Wesley in a month or so.
