ME Bench Day

Stinker of a day on bench today,wanted to triple with something heavy, ended up with 97.5kg on the bar got 2 shitty reps and racked it, waited 30secs and got the last rep, these were ugly reps, I couldnt hold the groove, tried with the 2 board same deal so I moved to inclines hit a heavy double and then stripped down to 1 plate a side for a "widowmaker" got 18 reps.Did my lats delts and tris after and made good of the rest of the workout.Not a bad day in the end despite the bench work being sloppy.

Hammer Grip Chins

40 reps

Tri DLs
1x10 20kg
2x10 30kg
