I like the advice about cutting out the liquid calories, but I'm a huge energy drink fanatic. I'm curious to know whether or not that 150-250 calories that are in each of those drinks get burned off as your drinking them. Seeing as your body becomes more alert, heart pumps a little fasters, ect. Maybe those energy drinks burn off more in the long run then water would? what do you guys think?
