i have tried superpump 250 its nothing to write home about,but yeah it works and i suppose id reccomend it as its one of them supps you may aswell give a try...Also its quite pricey! when i got my first tub i opened it and wonderd if someone had already had a few glases then seald it back up does not last long at all!
