Forgot to put what i do in my workouts....
Mon-chest and bi
tues-tri and chest back
weds-rest day
thurs-shoulders and bi
fri-tri-forearms- traps-back
sat-rest
sun-lats-legs-cardio
any ideas how to improve this?? Or days when to workout,also 1 other problem i have is i seem to be working out at around 7.30pm or 8.00pm
then goin bed at 12 or 1 in the morning to prepare meals is it better to work out in the morning?
