Default looking for help

right guys
were do i start

ive only just started back at the gym
these past couple of months
i weigh about 13.5 stone
and stand about 5,10

my aims are to bulk up my upper body
but i have a beer belly that i want to shift asap

i dont have a diet as such as i dont know were to start
or what supps to buy

i do cardio every time im in the gym
about 10 mins on treadmill, 20 mins on bike
and 15 mins on cross trainer
but my belly doesnt seem to shift at all

im lookong for some help on starting a diet
i.e what foods to eat, how to count cals, fats etc
as i say i feel totaly blind to this
so needing all the help i can get
