This week I'm moving to my next mesocycle but I'm going to make it less strict and focus on a bit more hypertrophy. I'm taking the same exercises and simply increasing the volume and density, while decreasing the intensity obviously. I'll do this for the whole cycle (~4 weeks) and then I'll probably switch back to strength training. It's a very loose plan at the moment.
