No S1+, these are stand-alone bottles. I will increase dosage in the latter two weeks but in my experience I have learned that more is not always better and since SD alone is good enough IMOP I wanted to add a little extra just to see how it goes.
I am currently 5’10” and not getting any taller. 205 10%bf. I actually look really lean and tan and rather enjoy going shirtless. I need to take some measurements but I do know my arms are 17 ½ and I look fairly vascular. Not fat for a 42-year-old fart.
