ME Bench DELOAD

CG bench today, worked up to 106kg on the bar, got it but it dont count cos my ass shot way up totally lost the groove on this lift which pisses me off because everything felt easy leading up to it.Did some work with militaries next, just for my homegirl PITY.Hit a couple triples and then a PR single, easy to PR on a lift you dont do much tho!! Hit some heavy ass dumbell rows to finish.

Military Press
