Like I said before,
elevated insulin levels impair fat mobilization, meaning you're more likely to use your carbs and protein as fuel. I would assume that in turn fat would be more
likely to be ignored and thusly stored with high blood glucose as it inhibits hormon sensitive lipase's fat attack...but then again, I'm but a humble teen paraphrasing chapter 6 of the Ultimate Diet 2.0
