Thursday August 20th

185lbs

OH Squats
15x5, 110x4,115x3,120x2

Anderson Front Squats
215x5, 225x4, 230x2

Backsquat
230x4, 235x3, 240x2

I wasn't feeling very energetic this morning and I was dragging my feet. Because of this I wasn't able to do the whole workout so I tried to grab as much intensity and volume as possible. I'm a bit disappointed about this session and next week I hope to make up for it.
