I don't know enough about bulking or cutting. All I do is lift weights. Nutrition is pretty simple for me: I try for 40/30/30 macro breakdown on most days but I'm not qualified to help you with nutrition.
As for Starting Strength, some of the stuff which I think sucks balls is:
- Lack of variety in exercise, volume, progression and layout
Wait. That basically sums up everything.
How do you train right now?
Before you begin, know this: stop doing these "routines" and start training.
