Smile Hi Im New And I Need Advice On My Timed Workout (Please Reply Need Feedback)

Hi people
Im Michael, ive been suffering from really bad depression (overdose, self harming, being aggressive), and lost most of my physique. because i used to have lots of mass and proportion but i lost it due to depression, but recently ive started working out again, but I enjoy quick and brutal workouts, so recently ive made up a really simple programme that’s timed (like interval training) and i think its like circuit training with no rest, and I was wondering will it benefit me for tone, and alittle size because I want to have a lean body, and ive got my diet right also, here it is anyway

3 days a week
…. Minute Workout

10 Curls (using resistance bands on high resistance, and each workout change the placement, so I can do lying hammer curls, standing cable curls (band under door and im standing etc, basically using different variation to shock the muscle)

10 pushups (increase intensity when getting tooooooo easy)
10 crunches

as for the layout it goes like this, I go through the exercises non stop with no rest, for the desired time, and I started at 5 mins but each workout I increase by 30sec – 1min, to make it more challenging but when I reach 10mins non stop, ill increase the reps or change to more difficult exercises, or add more exercises, and start back at 5mins and cycle it around..

so will it get me to my goals of,

more tone and definition, and alittle or more size?

Im wanting to be lean, and athletic,

(im wanting the veins on the arms and shoulders )

sorry if I ranted, but I wanted to give you more insite to what im doing so you understand.

write back please need feedback, thankyou.

Michael.

P.S: does anyone know the name of this style of training? because i only call it timed workouts,

thankyou yet again.
