You won't gain much if any size from doing this. It's basically cardio. Especially with your small and incomplete exercise selection. Because you're not increasing resistance, you'll plateau very quickly.
If you want to get good at doing pushups, curls, and crunches for time, then this workout would be ok (not even optimal for that though).
You're not going to reinvent the wheel, especially without a lot of knowledge. Try reading the stickies to expand your knowledge. Picking a proven routine would be most beneficial.
